About Jeff Sparkes

Jeff Sparkes MBA, GradCertBus (Philanthropy & NpSt), FAICD is a Management Consultant for Gloryfire International Ministries Limited. His background includes extensive Management roles in the areas of Management Consultancy, Retail Management, Administration and Credit Management. This experience has been almost significantly gained in the areas of SME’s (small to medium enterprises). These roles have honed an ability to adapt to different visions, environments and management styles that come from contract work that Jeff previously specialised in.

Jeff has chosen to specialise in General Management out of a belief that what is often lacking today in many operations is an ability to see the overall picture and bring together the specialists function within the larger organisation. Jeff, who holds Graduate qualifications in Philanthropy and Non-Profits Studies and an Master of Business Administration, is also Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Today Jeff works with the non-profit sector at many levels. Using his skills and calling, he serves helping others achieve their potential through Godly structure, scriptural wisdom and management principles. He has served his local church on Church and Finance Boards and led Business Fellowship Groups. His wife is a full-time Itinerate Minister who is in strong demand across Australia and overseas.

Jeff also often works in an associate relationship with Robert White CPA of Romar Associates Pty Ltd. Robert is a well-respected Accountant and Auditor. This relationship brings a close working knowledge of the Australian Taxation system in the areas that directly affect the non-profit sector and those that labour to see funds raised to support its work in the church and in the greater community.
